Terms of Use
Short version: the mockups you make are yours to sell with. The interior photographs behind them are not yours to resell.
Your artwork stays yours
We claim no rights over anything you put into the mockup generator. We never receive it in the first place — see the privacy policy.
What you may do with a mockup you make
- Use it in your own product listings on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon or anywhere else.
- Use it in paid advertising for your own work.
- Post it on social media, in a portfolio, or in a client presentation.
- Use it commercially, without attribution and without a per-listing fee.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or give away the interior photographs themselves, alone or bundled as a mockup pack, whether edited or not.
- Present the interior photographs as your own photography.
- Use the mockups to misrepresent a physical product — for example, showing a framed canvas when what ships is an unframed print. That is on you, and it is also what marketplaces suspend accounts for.
- Scrape or bulk-download the site's images.
No warranty
The tool is provided as it is. Browsers differ, and an export that works in one may behave differently in another. We are not liable for lost sales, rejected listings or any other consequence of using it.
The app
The subscription inside Art Mockup: Frame Room Preview is sold and managed by Apple. Billing, renewals, refunds and cancellations go through your Apple account, and Apple's terms govern that relationship. We cannot cancel or refund a subscription on your behalf.
