Is there a watermark on the exports?
No. There is no watermark on any plan, in the app or in the browser tool. What you export is what you get.
Can I use the mockups in my Etsy or Shopify listings?
Yes. Mockups you make are meant to be used commercially in your own product listings, ads and social posts. What you cannot do is resell or redistribute the interior photographs themselves as a mockup pack.
What does the free version actually include?
Hundreds of interiors, the complete editor — positioning, scaling, several artworks on a wall, the double mat and frame with 150 colours, and shadow control — plus unlimited watermark-free exports. After the first 15 saves, free users see an interstitial ad when saving.
Do I need to subscribe to get anything useful?
No. The subscription adds the rest of the interior catalogue, the ability to use your own room photos as backgrounds, favourites, and removal of ads. The editor itself is not gated.
Does my artwork get uploaded anywhere?
Not from the browser tool. It runs entirely in your tab using HTML5 canvas, and the image never leaves your device. The app works on-device too; only the interior photos are downloaded.
What image size should my artwork be?
Anything from about 1500px on the long edge upward is fine for a listing photo. The artwork is drawn into a fixed area of the room photo, so beyond a point extra resolution does not show. Very small images will look soft when scaled up on the wall.
Is there a desktop or Android version?
The app is iPhone and iPad only, iOS 16 or later. The browser tool on this site works anywhere, including desktop, and is the option if you are not on iOS.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions. It is handled by Apple, not by us, so cancelling there takes effect immediately for the next renewal.
Why do some mockups look fake?
Almost always the shadow or the scale. A shadow falling away from the light source in the photo reads as wrong immediately, and a print sized larger than the sofa below it does too. Match the shadow direction to the room and check the piece against a real object in the frame.
